Each week we ask our readers a simple question about their Travellers Notebooks and how they use them.
So this weeks question:
What do you use the different notebooks for in your Travellers Notebook?
Please answer in the comments below, although I know a few of you will answer my question on Facebook.
Usually I categorise topic by TN, but I’m currently experimenting with “all in one” which contains a general notebook (lined, for brain dumps, quick lists, etc.), the next trip I have planned (I created custom inserts to plan each of my trips), a project notebook (for one big project I’m working on), and a sketch paper insert (intended for doodles and watercolours, still blank after 2 months!).
Well, I currently have two TN’s on the go, both Midori. The RS contains an index book with all my encrypted personal information. Additionally there is a notebook, either dot grid or grid for note taking, reminders etc. In my passport I have a grid book with a duplicate of my personal information. The passport also has a week on two pages diary. I love the functionality of an iPhone, but I do like to see what’s happening and has happened via a written diary.
Hi there I am currently in a foxy fix and use May designs notebooks. I like a little bit (not too much!!) of colour and prettiness and they have just enough with their coloured range of notebooks. They are a sure fitting sadly and don’t fit in my giramondos or tns….
Sorry – the are WIDE fitting….
One book is a calendar, planner + to-do. The other book is for notes, thoughts, random things I want to refer back to later.
I use a combination of cheap notebooks from local stores and Yellow Paper House calendars. Blogging insert, monthly/weekly insert, daily/journaling insert, brain dump insert.
